Covid-19 Protocols

The Club continually monitors and follows state, federal and CDC guidelines to ensure the Club, its members and staff stay safe and prohibit the spread of Covid-19.

We strive to keep this page current with our efforts to share how we are meeting and exceeding these guidelines but as they are ever-evolving, there may be a delay.

  • When you arrive at the Club, please check in at the front desk. After check-in, please walk down into the viewing gallery to wait for your court time to start. You will see floor markings that will help ensure proper social distancing. Please use those until you go down to the court.
  • When you are done playing tennis, please exit using the door in the middle of the Club – accessed by the locker rooms.
  • Everyone must wear masks at all times except while playing.
  • All play is ‘play and go’. There is to be no congregating or socializing in locker rooms or anywhere else in the Club.
  • Bathrooms are open but common areas are off limits to gathering.
  • Showers, viewing galley, kitchen and other common areas are closed.
  • The entire Club has been thoroughly cleaned with Citron for SaniPlus Electrostatic Spraying.
  • We provide sanitized wipes and or sanitizer spray on each court.

How You Can Do Your Part:

  • Do not come to the Club if you think you may be sick, have been with someone who may be sick.
  • Throw away tennis balls when you are done with them.
  • Bring your own individual water or Gatorade bottles to eliminate potential transmission risk from sharing cups and water stations.
  • Eliminate handshakes to avoid unnecessary personal contact. Replace high fives and handshakes with elbow bumps.
  • Sanitize your hands throughout the game. We have provided hand sanitizer on each court to assist.
  • Wipe down benches and trays with disinfectant antibacterial wipes.
  • Avoid close contact with people whether they appear sick or not.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
  • Sneeze and cough into your sleeve, your arm or a tissue.
